This 50ml bottle of Annatto is derived from the seeds of Achiote trees grown in tropical regions of America.

It is used to create a typical yellow-orange colour in cheddar cheese and can also be used in some types of boutique blue cheese to create a beautiful colour contrast. Dosage will have no flavour effect on the cheese. Annatto is used for colour purposes only.
