
Classic Down-Under Pale Ale
Brew this classic Pale Ale as simply or creatively as you like. Use 1kg of sugar for a straightforward brew, or adjust the fermentables to change the body and ABV. You can also add your favourite dry hops for extra flavour.
ABV Range: Brew it as a Low or Mid-strength beer, anywhere from 2.6% to 4.8% ABV.

For that classic down-under flavour, dry hop with 30–100 g of New World varieties such as:
